NHMS-2 Saturday ride alongs - what time is good to show up?

Trying to coordinate with some friends (and my mother) that are interested in catching a ride this Saturday.
At what time (ballpark) should they be at the track this Saturday?

I think anytime after the morning rush of Tech and Drivers meeting is fine, say 9 AM. Usually like to take care of all who ask by mid afternoon
