How about simply not including those mis-classed entrants in the trophy count?

Oopsie, I unintentionally registered the S2000 as SSA. Should be T50. I just now updated my profile.

'17 Subaru BRZ PP, #7 T50
Gone but not forgotten: Datsun 240Z, #7 SPB

I could do that but I know that they will be coming to the event and fixing their registration at Tech (and some people who registered for legal but incorrect class will too). The point is that we expect some cars to change classes anyway. I just need to do my best to anticipate the end result.

Les,

If you already registered for an event with the wrong classification and then go into your profile and correct it. It will not change in registration. The profile must be changes before you register. The only way to correct that is to have the register manually change it. Or have the treasurer delete the current registration and do up a new registration with the correct information. As you can see it is a lot more work for the volunteers.
