Nothing to do this Saturday?

The first Fastrack car show of the summer is on rain or shine this Sat. 5/17 from 12:00-4:00. Bring a car and/or just your appetite. Grill will be fired up just after noon. Might not be up to Bob's standards- but we'll do our best. All are invited.

nice gathering!! look forward to next one.

unfortunately my husband's car suffered a valve train failure later in the day (anyone who heard his valve noise could have guessed that it was about to happen).
I think that if we remove inspect and replace if needed at all or some of rocker shaft, valve springs, adjusters, rockers, push rods, lifters we may be able to solve the problem without pulling the head (right side). boo hoo.

a week ago he knew that it a rocker shaft bushing was failing.

That's a bummer. In my opinion that was the car of the show.
