Touring Rules Changes/2014 Rule Book?

Currently working on the car. It would be helpful to know what upgrades can be done and stay in class. Is the rule book coming out soon? Will the touring classes have changes from 2013??? Thanks, Steve.

Yes, there will be changes in Touring. I'm anxious to see the final rule book/spreadsheet myself!

I was unfortunately at a place where I had to make build decisions, so no matter the rules, #42 is in rebuild. Let the chips fall where they may...probably T60.
