open deck car trailer FS

a friend is selling his open car trailer cheap . asking like 700 /800 dollars for it or make an offer .
it does need some work like wiring and there is a little rust on one of the cross bars .
i think it's worth the money . if you don't want to do the wiring or weld in a new cross bar your self i could do that for you at a very good price . last year the trailer had new tires put on it .
i may buy it my self and do repairs and sell it my self if no one get it before me .
