The fender couldn't be save so I picked up a new to me one. Obviously I got lucky with the match:

What to do with the old one?

I sanded the bumper with 400 grit. Ended up finding 5 tears at the corners.

Put on one coat of primer and sanded it with 600 grit.

Do you do body work on Nissans?
