lodging
Re: lodging
Red Roof for mediocre rooms close to the track. Wife likes the Hampton Inn off Exit 1, I89...about 15 mins from the track.

Re: lodging
try the Hampton Inn, Rte 3, in Tilton. 7 miles from the track and the track has an "in" there.

Courtyard by Marriott in Concord - Almost sold out and even pricier at $189 with nooooo discounts for anything being offered; much nicer hotel than the Hampton Inn on South Street - and it's closer to the track.

The Haulmark lodge is actually pretty comfortable but can be a little nippy in the fall.
