Cars not on list
I have two cars that I am preparing for track use, 08 Mazda 3 2.0 and 2012 Mazda 2 1.5. I do not see them on the list, what do I use as a starting point? Also I only plan to run one car on any given weekend but I will not know which one untill late in the week as I do not drive the 3 in the rain and will need a look at the late week forcast. Is there any way this can be made to work as far as registration?

Mazda3 2.0 is similar to the same year Focus..(T30) not sure about the 2. Best of luck playing the weather game. I remember changing my car registration 3 times before an event (sorry Mark Swain) and STILL didn't get it right.,,

Thanks, looks like I will need to add 30lbs. to the 3 to remain in T 30 and the 2 is good as is. I may just forget the 3 and only run the 2.

I don't know a lot about the 2,but it appears to have 100hp and weigh 2300lbs,so I would say a T30 car as well, with points to spare, so you could run decent tires without bumping out of class.

It is currently 2250lbs, with and aftermarket torsion bar, camber bolts, befor TB intake and 195/15 RE-11's, If I am reading the rules correctly that should put me right at 39 points.

Make sure you add driver plus gear weight for total track weight.Light fwd cars are lots of fun on track.

Team Massholes has a 1998 Ford Escort ZX2 that we would like to have classed. Currently there is only a ZX3 base point assesment. I assume the car will be T40 but obviously need to have a base assessment for the car to do this appropriately. Calling Nick, etc.
