Made in 2011,this well done documentary covers the life and times of Ab Jenkins. Who?? Ab Jenkins..the father of Bonneville,and holder of many land speed records and endurance racing titles.Many of his records still stand today. It is amazing what some have done to fuel their appetite for high velocity! "Boys of Bonneville"...it is available on Netflix streaming and a DVD worth putting in any car film collection. The Mormon Meteor III is quite a car..built by hand in a time when there were no computers other than the one on your shoulders. The guy had super human stamina.. when they show Ab on film exiting his Pontiac at the end of a 24hr. endurance record,he looks like he just backed the car out of the garage and is going for a ride. Incredible stuff.
