Re: Next BOD meeting
Because of Thanksgiving, I believe it has been rescheduled to Monday Nov, 19.
Can anyone confirm?

Re: Next BOD meeting
Sorry Kevin, Mick is correct. The next BOD meeting is Monday the 19th of Nov. Fred has it wrong on the registration site with the rules proposal.

Re: Next BOD meeting
I was planning on bringing the swedish trophy to the next bod meeting. Since it was re-scheduled, does someone need it sooner or can I am for the 19th to drop it off?

I plan on attending the next board meeting on the 19th, which will be my first time.
Is the meeting still held in Littleton beginning at 7:00pm?

That's correct. And if you like bad Chinese food, show up early and bring your appetite.

Re: Next BOD meeting
COM meetings used to have a pretty large attendance. There was a monthly general meeting and a different board meeting which was also open to members. The general meetings often drew perhaps 30 people and were sometimes pretty raucous events.not coming to these till i have a few more track days under my belt....
I'll try to make this meeting and perhaps other folks should too, it will be a good way to start the thanksgiving and holiday season. Watching the board of directors driving at the the track is one thing, but seeing the actual slicing and dicing and bobbing and weaving required in an actual meeting is a whole 'nother class of performance! Plus you can heckle and throw food - or maybe that's why they don't have these meetings anymore, I can't remember. What's the other thing I can't?, Oh well never mind...
Let's get a few more people down and fill up another table...

Re: Next BOD meeting
I will plan to be at the BOD meeting on the 19th to get any specialty trophies that anyone wants to bring. If you were a winner last year and not able to make the meeting and know someone who is planning to attend, you can have them bring it.
Thanks,
