A favour to ask those who used to go to Mont Tremblant: I once recall some of you renting chalets near the village for good price.
I'd be thinking of going there for vacation and wonder if you could pass me some contacts.

I had to Google ... all these years living in Montreal (18+) first time I hear about this place.
Actually I got a very nice info from him, recommended by his better half... funny it's NOT where you had suggested...

I've had success with craigslist Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto as well. There's a ton to choose from - the trick is to find one that fits your needs re: cost, trailer parking space, distance from the track, nearness of other drivers/groceries/restos/fuel/etc.
