up date . the kid that tried to steel my car is pleading innocent and now he is got a law suit against me . i got papers yesterday that he now has head aches all the time from me beating him . what i should have done is filled to gas tank for him or gave him money for the gas (after all the car only had a 1/4 tank) and then ajusted the fu@#en seat for him too . what is the world coming to when a POS like that becomes the victim . i called the DA he told me there is nothing on paper that states i even hit him . if any one ever tells me that they feal bad for the under privileged i'm going to steel there car and then sue them !

your right i should be careful but any thing i have posted i can't change . another sleepless night last night for me bacause of what this kid did to me . i was laying there thinking it really may have been better to have just shot him right after he drove my car into me ! i hope if he does jail time that bubba uses his ass like a pin cushion !!!

If he attempted to run you down.. ...the DA should have told you not to worry. You were defending yourself from an attempted murderer using a deadly weapon on you! Hell..all you did was defend yourself. I really don't see how this could ever be turned around against you..the victim.Pathetic that you should even have to worry about this all over again..

it's more than a attempt . he did drive my car right into me knocking me down . you can still see the marks on the hood from it there is also the dent in my left fender from were he hit my legs .
i was just on the phone with a lawer . i told him every thing step by step just what happended . he told me they realy don't have much of a case and that it should be ok . the thing that gets under my skin is do you realy think i will see any money from this kid for the 24K plus worth of damage he did to my things ? then there is the 3800 dollars i had to spend to replace the customers car that is now a total .

^ Won't your business insurance policy cover any of the loss? Is the kid a minor? If so,maybe you have some recourse with his parents/guardian etc.. Too bad he has no assetts...

no my insurance only covers the things in my shop not outside . my shop keepers insurance was costing me over 1300 dollars a month with out a repair plate with the repair plate it was 1500 dollars every month . so i dropped the plate and the outside coverage and it cut the cost in half . other than a radio that would be stolen from time to time i never had a problem with things being taken . well there was my car trailer they took about 8 years back and they pulled down the fence in the back lot to do so . i got fu@% on that too because the property realy belongs to amtrack so my insurance did not cover that . and because the trailer was not hooked to my truck at the time my car insurance did not pick it up either . they hit pay dirt with that trailer my scales were in it along with all the other tools you need at the track . it had a big walk in box on the front and open deck on the back were the car goes with a tan roll up canvas cover .

good god no there is just to much of that white crap in the winter for me . we did have snow once this year but it's all gone now . it has been real cold here thou today it was in the low 30's and there saying it's going to get way down in the mid 20's tonight .

Hey not to get away from the topic but come on now .. we just barely started to get snow and weather is stating CT is going to get more snow then NH LOL. I'm with Grove but I hear NY is nice or PA. I hope everything else goes well for you though with the case.
