Japan. News said the 12 cars were running at 90mph when one car tried ti pass his buddy, hit the guardrail collecting the other 11 cars. They obviously need a couple of COM schools.

Getting the nose under the guardrail is pretty scary. Happened to me once in a Formula Vee.
