I'm pretty sure I'd be ok with never seeing the south chicane again. :) That was awesome!!!

Thanks for a great season!

Second time running with COM and my first time at NHMS. Wow, what an awesome track! Weather was :sunny: and I had a blast both days. Hopefully I'll get some videos up in the next few days. Thanks to all at COM and NHMS for a well run event.

Way too soon to tell. I can say that I am very happy and impressed with the quality of driving and courtesey at this event. All of our participants and instructors did a superlative job. This event was sold out, and the busiest day-2 event I think we've ever had. That said, from what I noticed, and from the people I asked, the traffic in the run groups was great and all went very smoothly. There was well over an hour of open track on day 2 to boot!

I would love to run the south oval in 2012, and I know I'm not the only one. Whether or not this happens, and whether or not it happens at our test day, is a different question. One that is too soon to tell.

As far as I am concerned, we proved that we can run a safe, fun, and all-around awesome event utilizing the south oval configuration. I look forward to working with NHMS and finding a way to run this configuration at least once per season.

Thought it has been many years since COM last ran this config, this weekend we taught, learned, and practiced lots.....all while safely driving fast as hell !! :)
