1. Registration will be open on Thursday, from 700PM until 900PM at the main gate of the track. Registration will also be open (same place) from 700AM until 800AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please remember, you MUST go through registration EACH day to pick up your instruction pack and Tech Sheet.
2. Entry to the track will be allowed at 700pm REPEAT 700pm on Thursday night. Camping will be allowed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. You may NOT occupy a garage until you are assigned a garage space. If you prepaid for a garage, It will be confirmed, and your assigned garage number will be issued when you register at the window. If you have not prepaid, pay at the registration window. Garages are available on a first come, first served basis at a cost of $50.00 per day, with space for 2 cars in each garage.
3. Entry time is open. In other words, you may enter anytime after 700PM on Thursday. Sign the risk release at the last window in the Registration building and you will be good to go!
4. Tech inspection will be held outside the Tech Shed. The times will be announced in the confirmation email from the Registrar.
5. The fluid shed will be open from (to be announced at drivers meeting) on Monday and Tuesday.
6. Parents are responsible for controlling their children. Unattended children (under age 16) are not allowed. This is a fast paced event and any violation of this rule creates a safety hazard. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
7. NO areas are to be used for brake bedding, suspension tuning, etc. Violators will be asked to leave the premises. Unsafe speed or other practices ANYWHERE on the track property will result in the violator being asked to leave the premises.
8. Minors (under age 16) will not be allowed to ride bicycle, scooters, ATV's, etc. anytime during the hours the track is open.
9. COM logo patches and bumper stickers will be available at the registration booth and in the garage area. See Sam Webster. Patches are a minimum $5.00 donation and $1.00 for stickers. COM T shirts will be available in the garage area, probably $15 (and we will throw in a 2010 T).
10. Don't forget to go to the web registration site and sign up for Bob's famous BBQ on Saturday night.
11. The track restaurant will be open from 830AM - 200PM both days. COM had to agree to a minimum, so please use the restaurant to avoid shortfall charges for the club.
12. If you are camping at the track DO NOT run electric cords across areas where there is vehicle traffic.
13. WE ARE CLEARED FOR A TRACK WALK AFTER 700PM ON THURSDAY NIGHT.
