I'm not certain how this old thread got resurrected...
For 2011, there is no immediate plan as far as I know to reprint licenses. Last I heard, Fred had developed a self-service license printing routine that was available through the registration site. As long as an active (2011 dues paid) member has achieved licensed status, then he/she could log on and get an image of his/her license and print it themselves, on the spot. Laminating could be made available at NHMS events, or elsewhere (thanks Jeff!).
Maybe that on-line function isn't ready for prime time, in which case I'd be happy to do the entire batch. I'll ping Fred or Will and see if it's available, or what alternative plan is in place.

Actually, the BOD has to make a ruling, as the rule book says licenses are issued for a period of 3 years, but last year they were only had a one year expiration.

To it's credit, the Board affirmed the bylaws regarding club membership -- namely, that only "members in good standing" can possess a valid license. If COM membership expires, so does the COM license.

But yes, licensed members who are "active" can obtain a current license from their member profile; lapsed or expired members cannot. Not sure what is happening in 2011, perhaps Sam will find out and let us all know.

i paid for my membership/updated license when we got the mass email about membership etc. when will i receive my updated license? i also got a one year expiration deal when i got mine in 2009

Licenses & T-Shirts will be at the test day for those of you who signed-up before March 15th - at lunch time. For those that are not at the test day - the t-shirt/license packages will be mailed next week.
