There really are only a handful of us that run the school bus on track, this is one of the fastest, or was till he had his Hemi expire. I understand it is almost ready to get back on track!

I see Caddy has jumped into the sport wagon ring..Image

"The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon is endowed as expected with Cadillac's wicked 556-horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 that makes 551 pound-feet of torque. It's fitted with a true dual-exhaust system and backed up by either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission."

A manual 6 speed in a 550hp Caddy station wagon. All factory. Who would have ever dreaamed? :D :sunny:

I don't know about you but something about a Wagon with a V8 producing 500whp just makes my jaw drop .. although that last rear quarter panel looks like the back side to a Hurse.

I grew up driving my Dad's '69 Chrysler Town and Country wagon with a 440 6-pak police special and factory "pursuit" suspension package. Dad kept wondering why the passenger motor mount kept breaking....

Mom had a '72 Vista Cruiser with the clerestory windows with a big block and Holley in it - I think it was a 455. I recall the huge twin airscoop with a red strip that read OLDSMOBILE ROCKET. It had a slip N slide in it - 2 speed Hydromatic. When the torque converter let loose, it looked like the scene from Star Wars where they jump to Lightspeed...

High HP wagons are a long tradition.

Jim - Nick and I were at the event with NASA last weekend. That car was a MONSTER. Very impressive.
