What a motorsports facility that would be! I saw it advertised in Autoweek,but it did not say what it was. One sweet hunk of property..put me down for 1/1000 of the purchase price..(they are asking $20m)

$20m is less than I thought. Although that's still $4700 per acre

Considering what many Hollywood peeps pay for their homes, $20 million is a bargain. Plus you get the bonus of the desert tortise, rattle snakes, scorpions, armidillos, etc.
Mark could shoot his machine guns and stuff off in the Northwest corner, and provide the roving security force. Dan has plenty of room to land his 727, and we could invite Tanner Foust and the Norwegian Rally Cross team for entertainment.
Richard Murphy could open a bar/restaurant/smoke shop. Of course, we would need a 200 room hotel, which I would gladly manage.
