What wheels are these?

I really like these wheels, (the car is really nice too) and have no idea what they are..

Those look like Borbets to me.

By the way, I believe "Borbet" is German for "extremely heavy POS".

they are centra tipe 11 wheels . i have 2 sets of them for my vw . great wheels very good quality , light and strong . as far as i know they are no longer made . they came out in the early 1980's .

I like them. I've been thinking of another set of rat wheels for the street that I could run RE11's or star specs on. Those would do nicely if I found a set some place..
