2011 Schedule?

At the end of the NJMP award ceremony there was mention of an early May 2011 Mosport event.
Are there any other tentative or confirmed dates for next year?

Dave Lemoine and I will be co-driving the white 325i next year in SSB, and he has a wedding to plan around the COM schedule...

Confirmed dates are:
Mosport - May 2 - 3 (Monday/Tuesday)
NHMS-1 - May 30 - May 31(Monday/Tuesday)
NHMS-2 - July 1-3 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
NJMP Lightning - August 1-2 (Monday/Tuesday)
NHMS-3 - August 29 - 30 (Monday/Tuesday)
WGI - September 12 – 13 (Monday/Tuesday)
NHMS-4 - October 8 - 9 (Saturday/Sunday)

The COM BOD decided that it will rotate the money loosing Canada tracks to one year and this year it will be Mosport's turn.

no, I know. I understand that the club has to work within the dates that are available, just sad that I consistently miss NHMS 4 due to family obligations, that's all.

NHMS-2 also falls on Canada Day, but not really as a big a deal as Independence Day is in the U.S.

Actually the track expenses at Mosport are about a third of the expenses at Circuit Mont-Tremblant.

For this reason I would disagree with your crass comment and say the Board of Directors is being fiscally responsible.

Does that mean no Tremblant this year? I was guessing NJMP and Tremblant would fill the last 2 spots, but that's more of a preference than anything.

As of today no options have been eliminated and the BOD is currently negotiating on behalf of the membership with numerous tracks.

The BOD, while realizing it’s fiduciary responsibilities, is seeking dates that are compatible with the current schedule.
