Mazda Parts Program

Post by Dtangard » Tue Oct 05, 2010 1:47 pm

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone in the club had experience with the Mazda Motorsports discounted parts program. Mainly how do I get the official race results they require?

The Mazda Comp Parts system is great - just cut & paste your results from our web site and email/fax them to Mazda with your name & member #. Use them all the time - try to group your orders together to save shipping $ from the west coast.

It took them awhile to get my account activated. I sent quite a few reminder emails which went unanswered. I finally called over there and got it working. They have been fantastic ever since. Fast shipping, good pricing, and they have all the little obscure parts that no one else has.

Mazda Motorsports is awesome. They really support the racing community and the website is easy to navigate to find parts. Fast shipping and way better than dealer pricing. Another reason to race a Mazda!

Ya! and before you get too excited about Nissans and blown engines, I know of a certain 200SX that took its drivers to two consectutive ST4 championships while running a motor with over (probably WAY over) 200,000 miles. Oh, by the way, when it did blow it was replaced by a $250 junk yard motor and ran faster at The Glen then it did last year. Now, if we can get the weight down to Miata territory...................................
