Going from SSA to ST2

Currently my 06 MINI Cooper GP is in it's original form. However, I will be having some things done before I attend NHMS-4. I am just confirming that these changes would put me into Street Touring 2. Correct? And, before anyone asks..Yes, I did read the Rule Book. I just like confirmation.

I am going to have an Adjustable 25.5mm Rear Sway Bar (The bar is a Tubular, 4130 Chrome Moly Weighing only 5.5 pounds, so it's equal to a 22mm Solid Rear Sway Bar) It's 3-Way Adjustable and is bigger and lighter then the Original Rear Sway Bar. This is a Modification that I've been wanting to do for quite awhile.

I will be Driving on 195/55-16 Tires/Wheels (OEM size tires for this MINI is 205/40-18). I already have the 16 inch tires/wheels mounted on the car.

So, am I correct? Those mods will put me into the ST2 (street touring 2) class??
