Time for rules change proposals

With the foliage starting to change, it's the time to think of changing rules as well.

Get your ideas in!

Why? The BoD spends a LOT of time on rule change proposals. Several meetings and lots of deliberation at and between the meetings.

Only reason, at this point, that a proposal could possibly be shot down is that if it was made by a non-member. Are you a non-member? I thought you signed up for a HLRA.

People often have strong opinions. People also often change those opinions. Take me - about as opinionated an old curmudgeon as the next guy. People on the forum can attest that I have changed my opinion. Usually at excessive verbal length.

Will you be opening up a thread that posts the proposals as they come in like last year?
