They are supposed to be as grippy as R6,R1's etc..and are about $75 less per tire,same size,so might be worth a try IF they are on par with the usuals,but I don't personally know anyone who has tracked them,just online reviews,and those usually are not very dependable from what I have read. $300 saved for a set,with equal performance,would be nice.

I've run through a few sets of those. Great tire. Not the fastest but they wear like iron and stay very consistent from full tread to the cords which makes them perfect for practice/lapping.
Do it, you'll like them.

+1 on everything Mick said. I'm running them for practice days. Pretty good tire.....but not faster than Hoosier R's..

I may not be the best judge but I think they will be 2 seconds faster per lap on my car than R1s. They come to temp much faster.

Aren't the NT01 made of the same rubber as the RA-1? (Toyo is the parent company of Nitto.) Or am I just misremembering something and spreading false rumors?
