NHMS 2 - Friday evening access?

I didn't see this in Sam's otherwise thorough list of NMHS 2 info. For those of us just doing Day 2 & 3 and arriving Friday evening, will there be access to the paddock? It seems that registration and garage signups will need to wait until Saturday morning, but I'm wondering about just leaving the car there until Saturday morning.

Access to the paddock is 24 hours per day during the event.
