Registration is now open for our first New Hampshire Motor Speedway event May 31 & June 1 (Monday-Tuesday, Monday is a holiday). We expect to use the South Oval track configuration for both days of the event.

Refer to the COM web site and forum for further information. We hope you can join us for our first NHMS event of 2010.

Not trying to throw gas on the fire but I had my hopes up :)

Glad to see I wasn't having another hallucination. or a 70's flashback :D . So it wasn't the confirmation, it was the open registration mail.

If it is a safety issue with 5-6 point harnesses being needed for south oval, why not have those with harnesses do the oval and those without have to do chicane-chicane?

Now that we finally have an accurate picture of the track I think it's a great idea for you to draw the correct line for the students. Unfortunately, this civilian GPS line is too inaccurate to show car placement -- everytime you change directions in the car you pick up different satellites and different error signals.

You missed the part about head and neck restraint ? Perhaps at some time we can come up with a dual set of run groups to accomodate the cars that meet the requirements. That would be for the BOD to to consider.

The line does look displaced in a few locations, but the image is much better than the previous one..

And most likely get us removed from the preferred customer list at NHMS.

One of my cobra friends who runs with us told me the last PCA event at NHMS was like that. He said it turned the track into parade laps and was a wasted day.

Close one. I was wondering why the track map on screen looked so weird. Kinda reminds me of one of the noses in Picassos Le baiser. You're very artistic with your spins, maybe we should coat your tires in paint.
