To lose control is not the goal or the path.It is merely a mistake not to be made twice...in the same place...

I'm sure it is more capable.....but I think the car is driven well enough in a DE context and among the group around them. You can't really expect a guy that just spent a small fortune on a machine like that to be pushing 10/10..

....well...I guess I can expect that in your case.... How many times did you say you spun out at a DE? ;)
Very much more capable... I was right behind one (the one that crashed at WGI last October). I can say I was behind it for about 1 second...then it was gone far far ahead (according to my video it gained 2.5 seconds on me from the start of the front straight to the finish line...) Its only modification were headers which happened to add about 100hp for almost nothing (2k$...)

Too bad we will never see one on track.... 99.9% of them will never leave their garages. :(
Too bad we'll never see a 911 GT3RS, Elise, Atom, Ferrari, GT40, '69 Camaro, or a Skyline on track since 99.9% sit in their garages. :P

Here is vid of a ZR1(black and yellow) from the NASA race at the glen last season. The car was a street car at the event before this and had something like 1000 miles on it. When it came to the Glen it had been transformed into a full blown race car. After this race the damage was fairly heavy but it was totally rebuilt and raced at the last race less than a month later.

Very entertaining video, and does show the potential of the ZR-1! That wreck was close..if the Vette had bounced another 10 feet....

Real men don't need no apexes.

I wouldn't have continued to follow that wreck waiting to happen.
