A milestone with COM

Post by breakaway500 » Thu Dec 24, 2009 11:29 am

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful people I have met since joining club COM.I have learned more about cars and car control in the last two years than all the others before.

What separates COM from many clubs in my observations is the feeling that I am among like minded enthusiasts. We may not all agree on every aspect in life, but when it comes to on track performance, it is quality that counts.

I also enjoy the diversity of equipment the club members own.I may not have the same car,but I can see the care and skill the owner has built into every inch of their auto as I tour the paddock. There is much pride in this club and well deserved.

Because COM is a competition club, there is just enough rivalry to keep things..interesting..but not heated.Time trials are taken seriously and are proof of ones efforts. An official guide to ones own performances and those we compete with, not against.

I see the future of COM as nothing but bright, and with the leadership and care its members bring to the organization, one of the best damn car clubs in the world!

Makes me very proud to be a member.

Have a safe and satisfying holiday experience all. C-U at the banquet! :sunny: 8)
