Re-webbing your seatbelt harness.

Post by horizenjob » Wed Sep 16, 2009 10:09 am

It seems after the car sat in my garage for a decade it now needs new seat belts. Go figure :)

I think I had it re-webbed once, does anyone have a recommendation on where I could send it?

Ok, I'm a moron. I finally went out to check them because I was curious on the date. We had re-webbed them 10 years ago and they have "Safe Quip" written all over them.

Here is their web site, they have good prices compared to some other places I have checked. Their FIA/SFI, nice camlock belts are $199 new.

I just talked to these very nice folks and they say it will be about $75 to re-web. I am so glad I didn't drop the $325 for a new one. I hope this is a good omen for the event in October, there is much finger crossing going on here. :)
