Rules Proposal submission?

Who are we submitting the rules proposals to for next year?<br>

Based on the current makeup of the membership and the cars that are showing up, I am considering proposing a restructuring of the SS and ST classes based more closely on what people are actually bringing to the track. In short, this would basically entail combining SSB and SSC, and dividing SSA, SSGT, into SSB, SSA and SSGT, and trying to put unmodified factory tuner cars (STi, M3, etc) back into SS. I'm also looking to see if people out there think this is a good idea or not.<br>

Here is a rule proposal I just sent to Brad:<br>
F/P cars should be exempted from having stop lights. They SHOULD have rain lights in rear. (conforms to SCCA rules)
