Nice, Robert. Amazing how early some brake for Turn 1. In the student group the big Audi almost had my student Brian's RX8 in his trunk a couple of times. But then that might be due to the fact that many instructors are afraid to teach trail braking to newbies. Turn 1 is NOT a slow-in fast-out corner.

I learned from Matt Miskoe ... kept on trail-braking later, later, latest .. then I spun! so next turn back off a little and voila! :wink:
Some students in the classroom were asking me how late I break there. I saw some eyebrows raise when I said "after the signs". Point is some think the apex is at the pavement transition but it' s much later than that.
