You could check with a few:
http://www.planetmiata.com
http://www.trackdogracing.com

I'm sure there's more - but I know those are reputable and should be able to supply what you need...

I get my brake pads from http://www.saferacer.com/ because they carry my favorite Carbotech pads. If you want Hawks, go to http://www.driversupply.com/. (If they carried Carbotechs, that's where I'd get them.) Rotors I get from NAPA; they're dirt cheap and work as well as any.

For dealer parts and many competition parts, do not delay; sign up right now at http://www.mazdaspeeddevelopment.com/, if you haven't already. Their parts program for racers (http://www.mazdaspeeddevelopment.com/partsprogram.htm) is a super program, and one of the great benefits of having a Mazda. Their racer discount is much cheaper than you would pay at the dealership. You just need to send them results from two events (COM time trials, autocrosses, anything) each year.

Yeah, they're great folks, and know Miatas as well as anyone. Here's another one I just remembered:

Check out the classified and marketplace/sponsor section over at http://www.miata.net

I order all factory Mazda stuff from http://finishlineperformance.com/store/home.php

I find tirerack.com has good prices on brake pads, rotors etc..
