SHARED RIDE???

Putting out an initial inquiry to see if there would be any serous interest co-driving a car that I would like to develop.

The situation is:
I currently have an ITA Miata that consumes most of my free time during the race season along with the usual consumption of $$$.
I have a COM only project car that I started in 2006 that I really would like to finish building.
I don't have the time to maintain both cars or to finish the COM car project.

The Project is:
1999 Miata with a 2004 s2000 Honda engine and transmission.
Miata has been stripped.
Roll cage has been installed.
Car has been painted.
New Spec Miata suspension has been installed (sway bars, springs and shocks)
Engine and transmission have been installed in car. Drive train is complete. ( I am sure it will need further development)
Engine management system is in and engine will run. (further work on a CPU will need to be done) (Have Honda CPU, and two other aftermarket systems)
Engine oil pan has been modified to get engine low enough and an accusump has been installed. ( may want to think about a drysump system)
Will likely need a bigger aftermarket radiator.
Have tires and wheels 15/205/50.

I am looking for someone with the skills and the finances to help me finish the car and to split all expenses to co-drive the car at COM events. I am not looking to recapture any of my "to-date" costs.
