This info will probably be in a direct email shortly, but in case you want to know:

Here's the scoop on Banquet 2009.

Saturday January 10 2009

Crown Plaza Hotel
2 Somerset Parkway
Nashua NH 03063
Tel: 603-886-1200

Pre-Reception (swapping of stories and lies) in the Windsor room 3-
5:45. We have a VHS/ DVD set-up in this room, and encourage you to
bring tapes/DVDs of your best (and worst ) laps and "unique" lines
around and off the track for the amazement and entertainment of all.

Light Hors d'oeuvre's will be served, BYOB

Reception in the Trafalgar room 5:45-6:45, with Dinner and awards
program to follow, cash bar, Menu details TBD but will be a buffett style (as usual), and include
chicken/beef /vegetarian selections.

Cost of $ 35.00 per person, pre-registrations only. In the past
we've estimated a number of "walk-up" or last minute attendees, and
as a result paid for meals not used. Therefore, we're requiring
everybody register and pay in advance. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT
THE EVENT.
Registration is only via the club web-site

Registration closes December 28

For those wishing to stay over-night, The Crowne Plaza has reserved a
block of rooms. You must contact the hotel directly to reserve a
room, 603-886-1200. Mention COM Sports Car Club when you register,
rate is $ 105.00 per night. Hotel has requested reservations be made
before December 10 to hold this rate. I believe there is a token "welcome gift" that comes with this, but haven't confirmed. You may find a cheaper rate on-line reserving directly, to be honest.
