2009 rule changes are now being collected.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it seems that our online submission tool was left in "test" mode. Unfortunately, if you have submitted a rule change before this morning, WE DID NOT GET IT!

You probably did not receive a confirmation email either.

Please resubmit your rules!

If you have a rule change proposal to submit, do it now!

Visit our main site, click on "Rules & Safety", and then click on "Rule Change Submission Form" in the sub-menu (the blue bar just under "Rules & Safety".
