New Rules?

I was just wondering if any of the new rules have been made up yet. I wont be able to go to the banquet due to work. Also is every member sent a copy of the rules or is it just posted on the site?

The new rule book should be released shortly after the banquet.

We have just been publishing it on the web site the past couple
of years, but I'd like to see it mailed out this year.
