Event Date Conflict?

Post by gread » Wed Jan 11, 2006 1:51 am

I noticed there may be a problem with the July date for the event at NHIS. BMWCCA has a club race scheduled for the same date on their 2006 schedule. Any idea when the COMSCC - 2006 schedule may firm up?

Are you saying BMWCCA has a club race at NHIS scheduled for either July 3rd or July 4th?

If yes, I will look into it.

thanks Greg!

edit: it appears BMWCCA has July 4th and July 5th listed as race dates at NHIS.

BMW has the wrong dates listed.
Ours are correct.

According to NHIS, BMWCCA has Wednesday and Thursday the 5th and 6th.

I just sent an e-mail to Bruce Smith to clarify the dates on the BMW end. As of December, the club race was not firm but hopefully it is now. Hey Greg, how's the beast? Up to 800hp yet?

Alex,

Is that the new paint scheme that you're planning for the new season? Very pretty.

Now Mark,
You know I only need 100 hp per cylinder to be happy... plus if it is completely fixed, I would have to take it from Turners nice heated garage and put it out in the cold, harsh trailer. I'm sure it will need something done every month until the warm weather gets back.

I also noticed that COM has August 3-4 at Tremblant; Porsche NER has Tremblant scheduled on their website for August 4,5,6.

Jeez, you'd figure if people spend tons of $ on fancy schmancy German cars, they'd at least get their club track dates right. 8)

The g-forces that we must endure from the speed of our cars scramble our brains somewhat. :D
