Is an announcement or invitation to the awards banquet going to the COM general membership? Posting the informaion in a forum is not really an effective way to reach the club members. The announcement should at least be on the front page of the web site and a mailing/invitation/RSVP should have been sent by now.

COMSCC.ORG has been updated. COMSCC.COM is still active but has not been updated.

Mark, should we make checks payable to you- so we don't have to be subjected to "THE DENT" for another season.

Banquet payment

Post by jkekeisen » Mon Dec 19, 2005 8:50 pm

The online check pay is not working again (at least for me). I've heard that the BofA often rejects these online payments.

Does anyone know where to send payment? The website doesn't say unless I were to reregister which would double count me and mess up the numbers.

When reserving a room at the Crowne Plaza, do we get a special room rate for the COM Banquet this year?
Thanks,

Room price

Post by offcamber09 » Sun Jan 01, 2006 12:17 pm

I mentioned COM and got a "group rate" of $99. On the website it looks like the room goes for $100 regularly...give me 2 at that price :dontknow:

Brenda, got my pictures last week- thanks, you got some awesome shots.

Happy New Year,

Hi Scott- yeah, I saw the room rate online for $100 ... was hoping for something at least moderately better. Oh well.

Glad you're happy with the pix - I do appologize again for being so late with them.
