Racing on TV thread
I, and a lot of others would agree! If the Nascar race was at 100PM on Sunday, you can bet the F! would have been at 700 AM.ctkag wrote:I used to really enjoy getting up on a Sunday morning, making a pot of coffee, and sit and watch an F1 race. I'm usually on to other things in the afternoon.

And that conlcudes it's the wrong crowd to watch F1. If you know F1, you'd get the pot of coffee and watch it in the ealry AM...chaos4NH wrote:I, and a lot of others would agree! Amen, the F1 race is to be enjoying with a double shot of expresso (ristretto for those curious). Still, i like that fact that Ferrari is getting humbled. Was watching T1 speeds and WOW!!! One thing you GOTTA love about open wheel winged cars with proper undertray is the ability to take turns 'at speed'.

There was always "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" on FX. Hey, she was one of Bill C's 10 hottest and you know he could really pick the women.StephanAlfa wrote:Checked the paper this AM and the F-1 race will be tape delay at 1 PM...

I talked to Tim Mahoney who went to watch qualifying at LRP. He said the new track configuration is a mess. The kink put in at the bottom of the up hill (end of No Name) caused traffic jam after traffic jam. It might be the make or break place on the "new" track.

You forgot the best one of the weekend: ALMS @ Mid-Ohio at 12 noon on NBC.
Just please don't ask me what geniuses at FOX and NBC decided it would be a brilliant idea to tape-delay the F1 and ALMS races so that we have three top-flight road races all being broadcast at the same time.
