I have been looking at data recording devices and seem to come back to the the Vbox unit as most user friendly from what I have read.However,I have not seen one in actual use. Does anyone use this brand and what is your opinion of it? http://store.vboxusa.com/servlet/Detail?no=2
The other brand I was considering was the Race-Technology.com unit.It is twice as expensive and seems to do the same stuff;

Thanks in advance!

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive. "Lap times matter"
I can't speak for the v-box, but I can tell you that I doubt that the v-box is anywhere near as powerful as the RT DL-1. I've got a DL-1, as do several friends. What sets most of these systems apart is the software and user interface. The DL-1 analysis software is very powerful yet easy to get into. Perhaps infinitely deep, but easy to get the basics out of.
The RT software is a free download. Let me know if you'd like a sample file to play around with.

I am selling my Traqmate Complete system. I bought two and never used this one. I have all the cameras/accessories pretty much that you can buy. I'd like to get 80% of the prices listed on their site. This second unit was only used once in a friends car for a few sessions on battery power. It looks/works as new!
Traqmate is interesting because of its video integration (I have the video recorder and splitter thing too to sell). Check it out:
