I still love my XBR40. I'm watching it right now. However you can't beat a good plasma. I have a Pioneer Kuro 50" plasma in my "man cave". Unfortunately we had a sump pump failure last week so I had to tear out all of the carpet. :( My cave is out of commission until the insurance company gets everything fixed.

If you haven't bought that LCD yet, compare motion-blur between an LCD and a decent plasma. Image retention (screen burn-in) isn't a problem with the latest plasmas like it used to be. Once I saw the motion blur on an LCD watching football, my mind was made up that I wanted a plasma. Now if we could just get Speed in high def here I'd be happy.

I am kind of partial to my HP DLP (its in the mirrors) 52" with a HiDef that looks better than any plasma I've seen so far. By far the best projection TV made to date.

TIVO? Mazda owners don't watch race LIVE?

I was up for Aussie and Malaysia GP, this one was easy (7 AM).

Congrats to Kubica and BMW for pole, wow! I thought Massa was going to get it easy since he'd been dominating the entire sessions.

Tomorrow is another day, well see...

The F1 racing is pretty boring. Spec cars, very little passing (racing).

I think you were in a different channel  ... Alonso doing well then blowing engine, Tons of spoiler benders, etc. Only 12 cars finished.
Changes in the current stadings and we have a different winner in every race.

I think it was pretty exciting!
