I'm a little skeptical. The reported gains in mileage could be coming from their injectors being dirty in the first place. Read the reports from people trying this who damaged their fuels systems on the page that is linked to from that one before you test this.

I just noticed this made it onto mythbusters and was found to not increase fuel economy.
