fuel tanks

SP rules state that the fuel cell (tank) must be separated from the passenger compartment by a metal bulkhead. I assume this refers to fuel cells mounted in the trunk and that if the stock fuel tank is separated from the trunk area by a metal bulkhead, there is no need for the trunk to be sealed off from the passenger compartment.
