According to Kevin Foote's new rules proposal (in this rules forum) it will be SSB. Rules will be finalized next week at the Board meeting (to which all are invited). Wait till then and come to the Jan 14 banquet to get the final rules. Also, as a newbie:

Read the rules and keep yourself in SS to have the most fun competing.

Really avoid changes that put you in SP where you will need a roll bar and will run with the bulls.

Get someone to give you a Snell SA rated helmet for christmas. ANd maybe some decent 5 point belts. And...

When and where is the Board meeting? Just saw in the other string that the meeting is Wed. 12/21.

Sorry to clutter up the forum innecessarily,
