Can anyone state a commitment date for this potential change? At least we can all know that if by some magic date if things don't move, they wont move.

This would be very helpful.

Mon/Tues it is. Due to the late timing and no answer from WGI we decided to stay with the scheduled date.

OK - that's good to know. Thanks to all involved for making the effort to try to get the three-day event. Maybe some other tracks might be willing to consider the same.

Ditto, thanks to all for making efforts. This thanks extends for efforts for ALL events by COMSCC. Guys, it is A LOT OF WORK to get an event from reserving the track to support staff, emergency personnel, and of course people to sign up and attend the event.

So a HUGE and HEARTFELT thanks from me to all of you.

Yes, Monday/Tuesday it is.

Considering what other clubs are charging, we should all be pretty happy with the rates too!

Fri - Sun would have been great, but just wasn't in the cards this year. Maybe next season!

We do apologize if we created any "vacation time" stress for everyone. We were set for the Mon-Tues event but had to look into the 3-day when the possibility came up.

Another small perk about the Monday-Tuesday, is that we won't have to re-print the 2008 mugs.

News came today the 3 day weekend for WGI was in addition to the Mon/Tues we already had, not instead of.
That was not going to happen. Looks like we made the right decision.
