Well, we are talking Italian to Italian vehicle. Normal LOGIC would dictate that they would easily fit yet i have to put on my Italian Engineering hat.StephanAlfa wrote:Soooo... if I wanted to fit into the Alfa they should go right? Also can they fit a 5-point seat belt system?
Stephano, of course-a these super lightweight seats will fit. Look at the craftsmanship, you'd be amazed at the time it takes for us to carefully sculpt each seat to perfection. And the OMP brackets, naturally pure Italian genius with stiffness to lightness. No expense was spared...
OK, i'll stop there.
Yes, they should fit fine and remember these are pure bolt on, so no they do not slide forward or back, though you can mount the height very low to ensure headroom as the OMP brackets i have are the low profile ones with the most amount of adjustments. i also modded (grinded off the rear upper end side) the brackets to allow for as much angle/headroom as possible. As you know, headroom can be a challenge and these seats should fit fine. There are plenty of bottom holes so you can choose the distance from seat to pedals.
As for the belts, laps are easy and i'd need to see how the shoulders mount in your car as there are various options/ways to do it. In the 308 there are no rear seats so we custom constructed a bar that ran across the back shelf. We then used the existing shoulder belt bolts to mount the custom bar. Basically, you want the shoulder belts to be at a reasonable angle from the back of the seat to the mounts but NOT highly angled downward, as highly downward would cause hazardous compression of your spine!
As for the sub belt, i custom made a bar that mounted to the bottom seat bolts and drilled a center ring hole for the 5th point belt latch.
If you want bring the Alfa here (03464) and i'll make us some espresso. Alas, not attending LRP but i will be in Groton MA delivering the car to the new owner Nov 5th or 6th during the day and you can get the seats as i will be taking them out then (he already has a 308 and wants to use my car for parts).
Hmm, i wonder if my custom tow hooks would fit your car...
If you can, show up in Grotten MA as i will be bringing pretty much ALL my Italian parts for sale and removing various things off the 308 the owner can not afford to get with the car. A sad way to see her die... slow castration.

CHANGE OF PLAN: i'll be in Groton MA this Saturday (Nov 3). Seems many of the Fcar guys will be there 'bidding' on my spare bits. If ANYONE wants parts of a Ferrari (from super cheap to, well...) now is the time. i have spare car emblems, keychain FOBs, pens, too many mechanical parts to list.
PM me for details on when/where.
STEPHAN, this would be a good time to P/U the seats/belts and am also selling the electrically activated Firebottle 5 lbs Halon system.

Still for sale guys. Am hoping someone here wants them as they are really good plus i have normal AND HANS for the driver side.
BTW: the Sparco Roadster has mounting bolts on the sides AND the bottoms. So you can mount them either way you like. Covers/pads are in good condition and you can easily buy new covers in various colors to match your interior.
