24' Pace Enclosed trailer

in great condition, clean inside and ready to use. Tires are all good. Comes with two spare wheels and tires. Uses the largest trailer ball.. 2 5/8ths?

Asking $3800 bucks

I think that retail is 7-8k.
Trailer is in Norwood MA.

I have to check the title. I'd say about 4 years if I had to guess.
