SOLD 1993 BMW 325i with Ford 5.0L V8 engine transplant – turnkey track day car
2019 Status: Car just received annual pre-season service at Wile Motorsport. Fresh fluids all around – oil change w/ filter (Redline/Motorcraft); coolant system flushed, filled and tested; brakes bled and fluid replaced (ATE 200). Nut and bolt service performed. All work completed on 4/12/19. Car is ready for 2019 track events.

Ford 5.0L V8 motor swap – 302 bumped up to 306
HP = 298, Torque = 300, measured at rear wheels, have dyno sheet
Motor built by Pat McMahon Racing, car/motor maintained by Wile Motorsport
Many Ford Racing Parts – GT40 aluminum heads, B303 cams, water pump
Canton extra volume, baffled oil pan
Summit Racing large capacity radiator
BMW UUC exhaust (with muffler) modified to mate with the Ford motor
Holley 650 race carburetor
Transmission
Ford T5 transmission w/ MGM short shifter
Installed lower (0.85) 5th gear – makes it useable on the track
Hydraulic throw out bearing with remote reservoir
Custom drive shaft to mate the T5 trans to a BMW rear differential
3.15 LSD rear differential

ISC N1 Track Coilovers with race springs – new set-up, used for 2 track days
Treehouse Racing Lower Control Arm bushings
UUC front and rear sway bars and mounting hardware
Ground control adjustable camber rear arms
