I have had this setup for about seven years and used it for F1 and Forza on the XBox360 but it has been used mostly for iRacing. You get all the wheel tuning found on much higher end wheels. It has paddle shifters and alcantara leather on the hand grips. The pedals have load cell technology so you can dial in how much pressure you want for better threshold braking. The whole setup is bolted to the wheel stand. I have been using Xlerator's wheels stands for about 15 years. It is the best setup you can find if you want to be able to use it on your couch and then move it out of the way or in a closet. The wheel stand comes with an adapter for a Logitech shifter and you can purchase an additional adapter if you want to use Fanatec's latest shifter. I would like to sell this as a package since it is all bolted and the cables are all mounted to the stand. It includes all original adapters including a table mount for the wheel. This is a great setup for someone who wants to give iRacing (and the COM iRacing league!) a try. This is about $500 worth of equipment.
