Tire shaving?

Anyone know of any local (near Boston) places to get a tire shaved?

Better question: I need to replace a single tire that looks like it is going to de-lam. This is a set of NT01s that have maybe 6 track days on them. Will I have any issues trying to run a single brand new tire in that set?

Assumed that shaving the new tire is optimally the way to go, but if there is no issue I would just run the new tire untouched along with the 3 used ones.

Get 2 new ones, and keep the single as a spare.
